I installed the MATRICOM_MX2_115_FULL_AUG_09_2013.rar and extracted it. then I downloaded the http://hddguru.com/software/HDD-Raw-...02Portable.exe. I folowed the steps and get the file on a sd-card.

I unpluged the device and inserted the sd-card to the device. I inserted a toothpick in the av-hole until it said click and hold the toothpick and turned the device on while I am holding the toothpick.

But on the tv its saying ´´no signal´´ so I cannot see anything.

Sad hope u understand me

I'm not entirely sure you have the correct box for this firmware....
Can you make a photo of the board and post it here using Photobucket?

ok now that you have gotten this far you are now ready for the next step once you have gotten the recovery image loaded you now can do the firmware upgrade
reformat the sdcard and put the firmware files on it and do the same thing with toothpick and select upgrade from ext and you should be good to go
the recovery kind of leaves you unaware that anything has happened but it should all be ok

I have a M3 box and installed wrong firmware and now I don't have access CWM (no signal), black screen and blue led. I tried several times recovery by SD card and a lot of softwares/firmwares (SDcardMaker.exe, HDDRawCopy1.02Portable.exe)...

There are any way to recovery by JTAG?

This is my box: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2013-Free...58225.html

And this is the picture (but dvbs2). There are some kind of boxes (dvb-t, dvbs2...), the difference is only the tuner (removable): http://www.gadgetoadicto.com/wp-content/...iptv28.jpg

Not Solved RE: MX not booting!!!!!
Hello,
I had an issue with 2 g18ref droid boxes reseting randomly in xbmc. I have done numerous boxes and never hard an issue except with these 2. So I tried some different firmware, currently 1 box is jammed at Matricom screen. (i'll play with that one later) the other I managed to get back up and running with the android gadget Droid TV MX 07-25-2013 fw. I can use everything fine within the box now and load xbmc fine and am able to go in and use all the xbmc functions. when I power off the box via remote and power back on box boots up and goes to 3D launcher menu but when I select xbmc, it's gone...look in online cinema as app and it's gone there too?? anyone have any suggestions on this one?

thanks for any help/info and thanks for posting the brick fix aswell
